Details of the project:
- transformation from a manual operation to an automated operation;
- this project consisted of 3 phases; the manual and automated operation worked together until the entire project was finished;
- Inther LC controls the 4-way shuttle, vertical conveyor and other conveying and sorting equipment;
- interface with palletizer;
- 24 RGV & sub shuttles;
- complex warehouse aisle condition;
- over 13,000 locations;
- 12 pallet elevators;
- elevator can work synchronously between inbound and outbound;
- host system: SAP;
- Inther also supplies the SCADA software system.
Inther provided Inther LC (WMS and WCS included), to manage over 13,000 pallet stock locations.
